Relationships are Everything.
Civic techies have a problem: Y’all think the rightness of the cause is enough to get help, to open doors, to draw funding. It is not. You need friends. You need to build your relationships before you need them. And as far as I can tell, a lot of you don’t have the first idea of how important it is, let alone how to do it.
